The space

The main house is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an office, and a garage, featuring an open floor plan and ocean views from nearly every room. There are also two covered ocean-facing lanais, creating multiple spaces to relax, dine, and take in the coastline.

Also on the property is a charming 1940s cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and its own oceanfront patio. The main house and cottage can be rented together or separately. When rented together, the cottage is offered at a discounted rate. When rented separately, the beachfront lanai and walkways are shared.

Waves break on the outer reef, helping keep the beach swimmable year-round. The property is positioned in front of Devil’s Rock, an area renowned for big-wave surfing, tow-surfing, diving, and scuba. You can even launch jet skis from your front yard. Includes A/C.

This home beachfront, and with that comes the natural character of beachfront living. Salt air can cause metal to rust more quickly, and as with many properties by the ocean, not every detail will always feel perfectly new.
