Located in the quiet beachfront community of Mokulēʻia on Oʻahu’s North Shore, this brand-new one-bedroom retreat is just a 60-second walk to a private, gated beach protected by a reef, making it swimmable year-round. From the shore, enjoy views of Kaʻena Point State Park, a stunning nature reserve.

The space

With the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, Mokulēʻia is a peaceful, scenic pocket of the North Shore just 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Haleʻiwa, but it feels like a world away.

Inside The Modern Beach House, you’ll find a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bedroom with a large closet, and a roomy bathroom with a shower.
