Harley Courts, Founder and CEO, started as a janitor in one of Bushwick's first luxury developments and founded Nooklyn, one of the earliest PropTech brokerages, disrupting the way New York City found its next home. Feet never firmly on the ground, he's always seen this industry a little differently.
After 10 years and hundreds of millions in transactions, he sold everything, moved to the North Shore, and started disrupting again. Now we're building a real estate brokerage with big mission and big purpose — better for people, our clients, our agents, and for the ocean we all share.
