I'm Jacqueline Bensaid (License #RS-87241-0), based on the North Shore of Oahu, where I have been grateful to call home for the past ten years, since moving from Norco, California. I grew up helping my mom with her real estate transactions, and followed in her footsteps by starting my own real estate business after graduating from the University of Hawai'i Mānoa in 2018. My background is in digital marketing solutions, and I use my technical expertise to help agents and sellers promote listings and assist buyers in finding the perfect home.

With an eye for detail, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and a problem-solving mindset, I will assist you in coordinating a smooth process from start to finish, whether this is your first purchase or an addition to your investment portfolio. In addition to buyer and seller representation, I also offer property management services for rental properties.

My clients are my top priority. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, biking, surfing, hiking, riding horses, playing tennis, doing yoga, and making art. I am proud to be an active agent participating in local tree-planting initiatives for every closing. Although I currently live on the North Shore, I am happy to represent clients island-wide and am familiar with most areas.
