There is a stacked laundry center with a washer and dryer in the unit for your personal use. Single use laundry detergent is provided.

Guest access

The entire condo is for your private use.
You'll have access to the eleventh floor outdoor pool with a hot tub and sun loungers. Entry is by key fob and pool hours are 10am to 9pm.

Other things to note

There is one assigned parking stall in an attached parking structure that is accessible from the unit by a secure elevator. Parking structure clearance is 6'3"
